Shira Simmonds, CEO & Founder
Shira Simmonds holds an MIS degree from Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University NY. Her previous roles include six (6) years as the Chief Operating Officer at Spiral Solutions Inc (US-based subsidiary of Spiral Solutions LTD.). She also served as the VP Global Advertising & Media Buying at the Israel headquarters of Spiral Solutions LTD., International Marketing Manager at eSafe Technologies and is a former Merrill Lynch consultant.
Nicole Mayraz, EVP & Co-Founder
Nicole Mayraz also served as an executive at Spiral Solutions Ltd, serving as the VP Strategic Business Services. Additional positions include VP Marketing at both MobiMate (mobile applications company) and Mirage Innovations (mobile video display company). Previous experience in Silicon Valley and Los Angeles include marketing and strategic content positions at AllAdvantage.com (the Internet’s first behavioral targeting advertising company) and Etensity, an interactive marketing agency in Los Angeles servicing the entertainment industry.
